Hi, I’m Richard, a long-time product manager, designer, and dog dad. In 2005, I graduated with a degree in Web & Graphics Design from the Institute of Technology. Then in 2012, I transitioned from web design to building products through interaction + human-centered design. I’ve since used my design, strategy, and product leadership skills to deliver desirable, useful, and delightful products to users.
I currently lead Tripadvisor's restaurant partner vertical helping restaurants provide world-class guidance to convert their traffic into diners. Before that, I led design efforts at Expedia's future-facing Exploration Lab. Previously I led revenue growth efforts at Zapier, aligning product value with user value. Before that, I bridged the design process with Agile development at IDEO and Pivotal Labs.
